In order to process your request quickly and efficiently, we ask that you

Warranty & Repair

For customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein only.

Open a repair ticket and send the robotic lawnmower to the service center

Create a repair ticket number. You will then receive a confirmation email informing you whether you need to send in your device or if it is sufficient for us to send you a replacement part.

If you need to send in your device, we will send you the necessary shipping form. Print it out and include it with your shipment to the Mammotion Service Center.

Please use the original packaging or equivalent for the return shipment. Please note that any devices damaged during shipping or due to inadequate packaging will no longer be covered by the warranty.

Please only send accessories relevant to the repair. Unnecessary accessories do not need to be included.

Please send us your device in a clean condition. We will charge cleaning fees for devices that arrive dirty.

Repair of the Mammotion product at the service center and return shipment

If your device is still under warranty, it will usually leave our service center within 48 hours, be repaired, and then returned to you by mail.

If your device is already out of warranty, we will send you a repair estimate. You will be asked to approve the estimate for the repair and pay it in advance. Payment options include bank transfer or PayPal. After payment is received, the repair will be carried out.
Your device will be repaired and returned to you. 

If you do not agree to the repair costs, the device will be scrapped or returned to you unrepaired (depending on your preference). Please note that if you reject our cost estimate, we will charge a processing and service fee of CHF 25.00 You will be billed for this. (Dispose of the device/or return it unrepaired)

Shipping

Please note that iRobotics AG does not cover any costs for sending the device; these are at your expense.

However, the costs for returning your product will be covered by Roombastic AG.
