If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior notification of a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue.

 

Exceptions / Items not eligible for return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of vouchers.

Should you wish to exchange the ordered product, please return it to us unopened and in its original condition. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and processed your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
